What to wear to London Fashion Week 2018

September 10, 2018

With New York Fashion Week in full swing and London Fashion Week just around the corner, we're getting excited! But with the weather just turning colder and wardrobes needing a fall refresh, it can be hard to get inspiration on what to wear! So we've put together three outfit ideas for London Fashion Week to give you a little inspiration.

Outfit one: Wear the rainbow

2018 has been a year to pursue acceptance and pride for EVERYONE! Embrace that theme and wear the rainbow this London Fashion Week. The more colour the better! This skirt (House of Holland) has us feeling all of the rainbow feels. Add more colour with a blue tee (Comme des Garçons), some sparkly earrings (Topshop) and a bright red bag (Shop our Charlie Backpack here). We love toughening this look up a bit with a pair of classic Dr Martens boots. Finish with a spritz of perfime (Maison Margiela) and you're paparazzi ready!

Outfit two: All Black Everything

When in doubt, wear black. Season after season, this is the colour that never goes out of style. The key to nailing this look is bringing in plenty of textures. Pair this season's must have jean shape, the fit and flare (mih jeans), with a leather look shirt in black (Nanushka). Just like our bags, this shirt is faux leather. Our quilted Leah Bag in black (shop here) adds texture and we love how this gold chain stands out on a dark outfit. Stomping the pavement at London Fashion Week can be hard going so stay comfortable in classic black vans, and sheild your eyes from photography flashes with a pair of black sunglasses (Quay). Top it all off with your fragrance of choice (we love this one from Tom Ford) and you're ready to take on the world!

Outfit three: Faux Fur Fabulous

Fall fashion means it's time to break out the faux fur. Our rule: if it ain't faux, it's a no go. We love a soft grey faux fur jacket (Jakke) paired with classic blue mom-jeans for a staple London Fashion Week look. The western boot trend is still going strong and redish-brown tones give really autumnal vibes. A heel is a must, but don't go too high, fashion should be comfortable (like these ones from Ganni). A pair of round gold frames (Vogue Eyewear) ties in perfectly with the gold chain detail on our Stephanie Faux Fur Clutch (shop here). Pop in your powder, lippy and fragrance (we love wood sage and sea salt from Jo Malone) for a midday top up. Yaaass queen!

Well, it looks like we're Fashion Week ready!
